Hi All,
Microsoft's KnowledgeBase Article 830088 prescribes a fix that
commences
with running 'chkdsk /r' from the recovery console, which reports:
'The Volume appears to contain one or more unrecoverable problems'
no CD
or Floppy Disk in the Drive'???
Of course there is a CD in the drive, I had to boot off the Windows XP
with Dell Recovery disk.
I even get the no CD or Floppy Disk with a DIR command
Please Help.
What Causes C_1252.nls Download? Since microsoft released windows 10 version, more and more PC users have failed to update. This may be caused be missing dll files, bad registries or outdated drivers issues.
Windows XP professional is failing to boot and reports the error:'windowssystem32c_1252.nls is missing or corrupt'

From that point on I cannot perform any more corrective measures.
Any command I try within the Recovery Console responds with 'There isno CD
